Our west side properties update their availability about 90 days before move-in.
For our campus and downtown apartments, we still have a 2 bed/1 bath available for immediate move-in at Randall Station as well as a room in our house at 136 N Butler St.
For the 2027-2028 school year, we will start updating our availablity over the next could of weeks. Feel free to fill out our 2027-2028 Interest Form to be notified when we begin scheduling for our leasing season. You may have also noticed that we have a new project going up on Orchard St. Check out 118 N Orchard St for more information (we'll be updating it frequently) and to join the wait list for that property.
